Rootlab LLC is a United States legal entity and is not registered for VAT in the European Union. No Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (USt-IdNr.) has been issued. Cross-border services to EU customers are handled under the applicable reverse-charge rules where applicable.

Rootlab LLChas appointed an EU representative under GDPR Article 27 as a point of contact for data subjects and supervisory authorities in the Union. Verbraucherstreitbeilegung / Consumer dispute resolution

Attevera is a business-to-business service (see our Terms of Service, §2). Rootlab LLC is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungs- gesetz (VSBG) or the EU ODR Regulation 524/2013.
